Waterfront and Vacant Lots

Okay, here's the deal. If you're looking for a "dry lot", no waterfront, we have none listed here for good reason. There are literally thousands of lots on the market in many areas. It would be much simpler if you contact us and tell us what you're looking for and where.

Dry lot prices in North Port and Port Charlotte start about $7000. There are a few important things to consider when buying a lot. First, make sure it's not in a "Scrub Jay" nesting area. These are protected birds, much like a Blue Jay only smaller and costlier. You cannot build a home on a nesting Scrub Jay lot.

The lots listed here have Gulf access either via canal or the Inter-Coastal Waterway
