Deep Creek

Deep Creek is a deed restricted golf course community located just north of I-75 between Kings Hwy and Harborview Rd near Port Charlotte. A well maintained community, Deep Creek boasts a nice golf course, parks, playgrounds, lakes and canals. Most of the homes are either on a greenbelt, canal, lake or the golf course. Public water/sewer.

It is technically a part of Punta Gorda Isles but it is located on the east side of Peace River just north of Port Charlotte.
